Ashan Industries is building PEETA, an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app making communication accessible for non-verbal and speech-impaired individuals. Inspired by my younger brother's own communication journey, we've raised ~$60k and are building go-to-market traction through NDIS providers and schools across Australia. As founder, I lead strategy, fundraising, and partnerships. I'm looking for a technical co-founder to own product development and take PEETA from our prototype to scale, someone excited about accessibility, assistive tech, and building something that changes how people communicate.

We need a technical co-founder to own product end-to-end, architecting and building the application, setting technical direction, and shipping fast as we move from prototype to scale. You'd work directly with me on everything from roadmap to launch, potentially partnering with the Government and NDIS providers to shape what we build. Ideal for someone who wants real ownership, cares about accessibility, and is ready to build hands-on from an early stage.
